McCains Choice of Palin

Now that the choice is made the attacks will begin. The talking heads are all questioning Gov. Palin's experience. She is the only one running with executive management experience. She has been running the state of Alaska full time for over 500 days. Compare this with Obama, who has been running for President since he joined the senate, he has just about 150 days of senate experience. By the way he has been drawing his pay at you expense all of this time, but I digress. Gov. Palin is a Regan Republican who likes to hunt and is a life member of the NRA, for which she be attacked relentlessly. If we look at the vast experience in foreign affairs Joe Binden has it begs the question is this the same Joe Binden who's plan for Iraq was to split it up into three separate countries. The last time this was tried in India a lot of people were killed so much for learning the lessons of the past. Failing to learn the lessons over time does not equate with experience you can draw on. Biden sits on important committees and travels abroad but his Iraq plan shows he fails to gain any insight from all his years in the senate. The talking heads are all harping on this experience thing, their comments lead one to draw the conclusion that unless you are a Washington insider you cannot possibly be ready to be president. Lets look at the experience the insiders on both sides of the isle brought us. A weak economy, record pork spending and deficits, troop commitments all over the world, yea really need more of this experience, good luck to America on that one. I think Gov. Palin is exactly whom the country needs in Washington. Washington is a cesspool that needs to cleaned out and this has to start with someone willing to try why not with Gov. Palin. Oh one last comment on this Obama "change" thing, does anyone really think picking a senator of 36 years, for VP is going to bring change to Washington, if you believe that I have some land in Florida for you.
